With a rich background in mechanical engineering design and construction, our engineer has spent 33+ years in the Middle East, working with engineering consultants and supporting construction contractors. His expertise spans high-rise mixed-use towers, hospitals, hotels, malls, and more. He excels in HVAC, heat load calculations, and energy simulation tools, ensuring top-tier project execution and quality assurance in line with ISO9001 standards.

He served as the head of the Mechanical Department in Omrania & Associates, and DAR Engineering. His experience and skillset can rarely be found in a single individual.

DAR Engineering, Al-Fanar Group

Leading Healthcare Infrastructure Development

At DAR Engineering, he led a diverse array of healthcare projects, including large teaching hospitals, specialized medical centers, and international healthcare facilities. Notably, he managed the Sulaiman Al Rajhi Teaching Hospital, a 500-bed facility in Qassim, and the King Salman Hospital in Zambia. His extensive experience spans long-term acute care centers, ambulatory hospitals, IVF clinics, and complex medical campuses across the MIddle East, Africa, and beyond. These come as a result of him playing a significant role in developing cutting-edge medical infrastructure, enhancing healthcare delivery, and contributing to the overall excellence in the healthcare sector.

Managing High-Profile Architectural Projects

At Omrania & Associates, he has managed a wide range of projects, including residential compounds, high-rise buildings, luxury hotels, hospital expansions, prestigious palaces, and advanced educational facilities. Notably, his contribution as a Senior Mechanical Engineer towards the CMA Tower, an award-winning construction recognized by “The Telegraph”. My work also includes developing large commercial centers, office buildings, emergency and healthcare facilities, as well as unique architectural structures throughout Saudi Arabia, enhancing both urban and commercial landscapes.

He analyzed and designed HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems, coordinated with other disciplines, performed load calculations, selected equipment, and designed refrigeration pipes. He also reviewed and approved design, shop, and as-built drawings, and supervised site work for Satellite Station Buildings in Riyadh & Jeddah, 189 Telecommunication Buildings across the Kingdom, office and commercial buildings in Jeddah and Riyadh, a hotel in Madinah, Al-Showaier Towers, Al Nakheel Complex, and King Faisal University in Al-Ahsa.

Advanced Mechanical Engineering and Project Leadership

At HACE-Golden Star, I handled building load calculations, HVAC system design, and hydraulic calculations. I selected HVAC equipment, including chillers, condensing units, cooling towers, AHUs, and pumps. My responsibilities included designing fire-fighting systems and potable service pumps for King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah, Al-Yamamah Auditoriums in Riyadh and Dhahran, King Fahd International Airport in Dammam, King Faisal Specialist Hospital in Riyadh, and Malaz Commercial Centre in Riyadh.
